Browsing this site requires no account and sets no tracking cookies. If analytics run here, they are cookieless and aggregate: page counts and referrers, never personal profiles.
What you give us on purpose
When you join the Curated Letter, request a guide, or send a booking or speaking inquiry, you share your email address and whatever you write. That information is used to answer you and to send what you asked for. Nothing else. It is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing.
The Letter is one email a week. Every send includes a working unsubscribe, in plain language. Unsubscribing keeps anything you already downloaded.
Client information
Advisory clients share health-adjacent information in confidence. It lives in the practice’s professional tools, is treated as confidential, and is never used in marketing without written consent.
Your rights
Write to paula@paulasmethod.com to see, correct, or delete anything the practice holds about you. A person answers.
