The premise

Your body is one connected system.

Whether performance matters on the golf course, in the operating room, in the courtroom, at work, while traveling, or simply keeping up with family, your body is one of your greatest assets.

Most people treat the body like separate parts. A sore knee. A tight shoulder. A stiff neck. An aching lower back. But the body doesn’t work that way. It functions as one integrated system where every joint, muscle, and movement pattern influences the next.

Often the place you feel discomfort isn’t where the problem began. Limited ankle mobility can change the way your knee tracks. Weak glutes can increase stress on the lower back. Restricted thoracic rotation may force your shoulders or neck to compensate. Performance Reset looks at the body as a whole, identifying movement patterns rather than chasing symptoms.

What modern life does
