PAULA’S METHOD

FAQ

Direct answers.

The method, the advisory, GLP-1, classes, and the practical details.

The method

A private wellness advisory. One advisor reads your movement, nutrition, body composition, recovery, and style together, then builds a personal standard from your body’s own evidence. It is closer to a personal physician or an executive coach than to a gym.

No. Programs hand everyone the same plan and expire in weeks. The method is advisory: assessment, strategy, and ongoing counsel built around one person, designed to compound with age instead of resetting every season.

Private advisory

Engagements are scoped in the consultation. There is no menu because there is no standard client: the shape of the engagement depends on your goals, history, and how much support your life actually needs.

A limited number, genuinely. Advisory attention does not scale, and the practice is built to stay personal. Current availability is confirmed at consultation.

A conversation, not a sales call: your goals, history, and calendar, honestly assessed, including whether the method fits. If it does, you’ll leave knowing the shape of the engagement. If it doesn’t, you’ll leave knowing that too.

GLP-1

Yes, without judgment in either direction. The medication conversation belongs with your physician; the method manages what surrounds it: muscle preservation, protein strategy, appetite navigation, and the plan for after.

No. That is a medical decision for you and your doctor. What the method offers is the evidence-based support around the decision you and your physician make.

Classes & events

No. Classes scale to the room, and the coaching is about quality of movement, not surviving a punishment. Come as you are, tell Paula about any injuries, and work at your own edge.

Practical

Home base is Las Vegas: weekly classes and the Nike series run at Downtown Summerlin. The advisory works wherever you are, with consultations over Zoom, and it is built for clients who travel constantly. Corporate and speaking engagements travel by arrangement.

No. Classes are a Las Vegas pleasure; the advisory is location-free. Consultations run over Zoom, and the method is built to travel: hotels, airports, real weeks.

No. Paula’s Method offers education and lifestyle advisory, not medical care. For diagnosis, treatment, or medication decisions, consult your physician. Where a question belongs with a doctor, Paula will say so plainly and often already has.

Anything else, ask a person.
