About Paula

Paula built the method the fitness industry kept promising and never delivered: one that reads your body instead of the trend cycle. After years of chasing perfection, she found something better: evidence, and the nerve to trust it. She teaches at sold-out Nike events, advises private clients, and writes about training beyond trends.
